SecurVise

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 May 2026

Securvise takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect little.

1. Who we are

SecurVise B.V., based at Le Mairekade 77, 1013 CB Amsterdam, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 42000737. For privacy questions, reach us at info@securvise.nl.

2. What we collect

On this website we collect the following:

  • Contact form: name, email address, optional company name, and the message you send us.
  • Technical data at form submission: IP address and browser user agent. Used only to prevent abuse (spam, automated submissions).
  • Server logs: our web server records standard data such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL, and user agent. Retention: up to 30 days.
  • Strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie and a CSRF token so the form works securely. No consent is required for these under GDPR.

We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, trackers, or marketing cookies. Fonts are loaded via Bunny Fonts (a European, privacy-friendly font service that does not log IP addresses).

3. Why we collect it

The legal basis is legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)): we need to be able to respond to your inquiry and protect the site from abuse. For the contact form, performance of pre-contractual measures (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) may also apply when you request information about a possible engagement.

4. How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are kept for up to 24 months, unless we have an ongoing conversation or customer relationship with you — in which case we keep them as long as necessary for that relationship. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days.

5. Who we share it with

We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. To operate the site we use a small number of European suppliers (hosting, email), all contractually bound to protect your data under GDPR. We do not transfer personal data to the United States or other third countries. Securvise is not subject to US law and therefore not subject to the US CLOUD Act.

6. Where it is stored

All personal data is stored in data centers within the European Union. We do not use US-based cloud providers.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access your data;
  • have your data corrected;
  • have your data erased ("right to be forgotten");
  • restrict or object to processing;
  • receive your data in a structured format (data portability);
  • withdraw any previously given consent;
  • lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Email info@securvise.nl and we will respond within one business day.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates the last revision. Material changes will be communicated separately to existing customers.
